Spring Spider Career Expo Prep Session
January 23, 5:30 - 7 p.m., THC 305
Come to this prep session and hear from Career Services and employers about expectations, tips on preparing, and how to work a room! Students will have the opportunity to hear from the experts and practice their skills to be best prepared for the big event!
Diversity Networking Brunch
January 27, 10:30 - 11:45 a.m., Queally Center Breed Pavilion
We invite students of diverse backgrounds to join employers for lunch prior to the Spring Spider Career Expo. The Diversity Networking Brunch is designed to connect undergraduate students to employers seeking to further diversify their organizations. We will begin with brief remarks, followed by student and employer/alumni networking.
Participating organizations are actively recruiting for internships, full-time opportunities and fellowships. Business professional attire is required. The lunch is open to undergraduate students only.
The Diversity Networking Brunch provides the opportunity to:
-Learn about a variety of career fields from professionals.
-Network with employers who can help you get one step closer to the internship or full-time position that you are seeking.
-Connect individually with employers in advance of the Career Expo.
Spring Spider Career Expo
January 27, 12 - 3 p.m., Queally Center Breed Pavilion
The Spring Spider Career Expo allows students and alumni to connect with organizations hiring across all majors. Approximately 50 organizations and more than 300 students attend annually. The expo is open to students in all majors and class years. Professional dress is required.
