The Israel Defense Force, Ideology of Islamic Extremism, and Morality in Close Quarters Combat (CQB)

In 2014, Doni Fogel fought in the Israeli Operation “Protective Edge” to halt the rain of Hamas terrorist rockets and tunnel attacks against Israeli civilians. He will discuss his experience and detail how, never in the history of warfare, has a military fought more morally than the Israel Defense Force.

Doni is the director of Jewish Community Relations and Israel & Overseas Programming at the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond. He holds an MA in Government and is a Staff Sgt. (Res.) in the Israel Defense Force. In 2014, he fought in Operation Protective Edge.

Free and open to the public, but online registration is requested.
