The UR Entrepreneurship Club is pleased to announce the 2017 Annual Business Pitch Competition! The pitch competition is open to all undergraduate students at the University - no entrepreneurial experience is necessary.
Concepts presented may be in any stage of development and may be either “For Profit” concepts or those focused on “Social Entrepreneurship.”
Participants will submit an electronic file with a 10 slide business pitch deck to Donna Ruff (email@example.com) by Tuesday March 28th. You may also submit a 2 minute pitch video (optional). See Dave McClure or Guy Kawasaki’s advice on what to put into a pitch deck.
You will be notified directly on or before March 28th whether your submission earned a spot in the final round.
The finals will be held on April 4th at 5:45 PM in the Ukrop Auditorium. Coaching will be made available to finalists during the week leading up to the event. The first prize in this competition is $3,500. The second prize is $1,000, and the third prize is $500.
