Executive Education has developed a special, four-hour workshop on a topic most struggle with every day: Personal Productivity.

Personal productivity is the measure of how effective we are at meeting our own expectations as well as the expectations of those who depend on us, professionally and personally. Those with high levels of personal productivity are disciplined planners who execute effectively. They leverage techniques that others do not. The goal in this workshop is to share best practices and raise the level of your productivity. If you experience even a modest 10% productivity gain, you could free up four hours a week in normal 40-hour work week. What would you do with an additional four hours?

This session will be led by Bob Piazza, who has taught and coached personal productivity techniques for more than 20 years. You will learn tips and techniques to better manage your inbox, calendar, tasks, time, and workspace, while creating laser-like focus to get the right things done. Special emphasis is placed on reducing email traffic by making each message more productive.
