Share this webinar with your kids! As a family, learn mindfulness techniques to help you move your focus away from stress and anxiety. In this seminar, designed especially for kids, we’ll share some simple exercises that teach how to bring one’s attention to the present and release worrisome thoughts. Participants will learn how to use their breathing to calm down and leave with a few fun ways to be mindful in everyday life.
