A poignant biopic of the celebrated Chilean singer and folklorist Violeta Parra, exploring her intensity, struggles, and contradictions. Parra’s life is recounted through memories and recollections, from her humble beginnings, to her role in the “nueva canción” movement, and her rise to fame.
