Drop in for structured mindfulness practice to build and strengthen your skills, whether you are new to mindfulness or practice regularly. Sessions will rotate focus between four themes: thoughts, movement, relationships, and sensations. Hosted by CAPS. For students only; you don't have to be registered at CAPS to attend.
