The Richmond Paralegal Association (RPA) is hosting its March Mini-Seminar at the University of Richmond. RPA has opened the free event to SPCS Paralegal Studies and Human Resource Management students and alumni. 

The mini-seminar consists of three presentations focused on sexual misconduct.

  • Sexual Misconduct in the Workplace: Amanda Weaver, L’14, Associate, Williams Mullen
  • Sexual Misconduct on Campus: Tracey Cassalia, MS, MCHES, Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students, University of Richmond 
  • Criminal Discovery Rules in Virginia and Conviction Collateral Consequences: Tracy Paner, L’91, Public Defender for the City of Richmond 

Follow the link to register by March 20. The event is free and open to interested SPCS students and alumni. Paralegal professionals who attend the seminar may earn 3 CLE credits.

This event is a collaboration among the Richmond Paralegal Association, the University of Richmond School of Professional & Continuing Studies (SPCS) and the SPCS Alumni Association.
