Agnes Varda, acclaimed filmmaker of the French New Wave, teams up with renegade artist JR in this enchanting documentary. As the pair travel around the small villages of France in a van equipped with a photobooth and printer, they create larger than life mural portraits of people they meet. The film celebrates the untold stories of everyday people, as Varda reflects on her own vibrant life and career.
