Tired of the same boring exercise routine? Wish you had some new tips and techniques? Come learn about some quick and easy things you can do to kick start your fitness and nutrition program in 2019.

UR Well and HCA Workplace Wellness are partnering to bring Dr. Jennifer Hopp, CAQSM, CJW Sports Medicine, to discuss exercises to get you moving, and common overuse injuries and pitfalls to avoid. Sara Sommers, Ergonomist, will share some tips on mindful moving at work and home to maximize your overall productivity in 2019. Julie Barbaro, Registered Dietitian, will provide handouts on how to ditch the dreaded “diet” to develop healthier eating habits once and for all!
