Tune into the Oscars on February 24 and then hear about everything that went into producing the entire show at this Career Chat. Roger Mancusi, '12, started his career at a PR agency and went to grad school while working at classic film houses and film festivals, all to end up working at the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences. After coordinating the east coast events for four years, Roger was invited to Los Angeles to work on this year's Oscars telecast. Learn more about breaking into the film industry, finding a mentor, navigating grad school while working, and more at this Career Chat!

Career Chats offer the opportunity to learn from Spider alumni and friends of the University about career paths in a variety of industries and numerous topics relevant to *you*. These small virtual chats provide an intimate setting for you to hear about interesting paths taken by our hosts, ask questions regarding the industry in which they work and other post-grad experiences, and make meaningful connections with University of Richmond’s alumni network and beyond.
