Roll with It will be a mix of self myofascial release techniques using the foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and tennis balls. This class will also include some mobility stretches and exercises. The benefits of self myofascial release include - improving joint range of motion, reducing muscle tightness and soreness, and maintain normal functional muscular length. This class is open to all - no previous experience with a foam rolling is needed.
