Power Hour is the sports-inspired cardio workout that will improve coordination and agility, build stamina and strength, and tone and shape the body. There are a variety of movements including running/sprints, high knees, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, skaters, push-ups, mountain climbers, crunches, leg lifts, butt kicks and burpees. Bring a water bottle and be ready for a great workout!
