Be prepared to get an all in one workout with TRX Suspension Training in 45 minutes! You will elevate your heart rate while you are strength training, working your core and gaining flexibility during each exercise. All levels are welcome and each movement can be modified for a beginner or stepped up for the advanced exerciser. Each participant works at their own level and leaves with a challenging work out.
