Get ready for an hour of power with alternating intervals on and off the bike. On the bike, we will improve our cardiovascular endurance with sprints, jumps, climbs, and more. On the floor, we will add in strength, core, and more cardio exercises with different equipment or just your body for a full-body workout. Be prepared to work hard, push yourself to your limits, and have a blast!
