Ready to push yourself? Tabata Bootcamp is a high-energy, interval training class that will spike your heart rate and optimize your workout in a short amount of time. We'll mix fast-paced intervals of 20 seconds of all-out work with 10 seconds of rest for a full-body workout that includes cardio, strength, core, plyometrics, and stability. Workouts will incorporate body-weight movements with dumbbells, the step, kettlebells, the BOSU ball, and more!
