A fundamental business tool, business school graduates should maintain at least a working level of Excel competency in its functionality and applications.

Therefore, prior to declaring an Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics-Business major or a Business minor, the Robins School requires all pre-business students, beginning with the fall 2018 entering class, to obtain a grade of at least 80 percent on an Excel competency exam.

Students will have three attempts to obtain this grade.

To prepare students, Ihab AbuZayda, will facilitate the workshops. The first two hours will be instruction focused on designated topics and the final hour will be open for questions and walk-ins.
