Finding a job or internship in the U.S. can be challenging for international students on a student visa. Learn from international student alumni and current international students who have successfully navigated this process.

The Office of International Education and Office of Alumni & Career Services invite you to an upcoming program for international students who are looking for jobs or internships in the U.S. A panel of international student alumni working in Richmond and current international students who have had internships will share their experiences working in the U.S. on a student visa, including conducting the job/internship search as an international student, highlighting international experience to potential employers, job/internship search resources, and other advice for international student job seekers. While the industries represented by the panelists are limited by those employers who sponsor, the advice offered is helpful across a variety of career fields. For industry-specific career advice, check out the industry programs offered by Career Services in SpiderConnect.

This informal discussion will include time for questions and answers. Food will be provided. Dress is casual.
