Join us for a Vinyasa Yoga class led by Meg Scharnagl, ’19. Meg will help us ease into the weekend with a gentle flow, perfect for beginners or more experienced yogis and all those in between.

We recommend prepping a mat or towel prior to the class. A Spotify playlist will be provided, and no additional equipment is needed.
