Have you ever reacted negatively to a situation, or made an emotional decision because you were upset— only to regret?

Emotions are powerful forces in our lives. They dictate our thoughts, intentions and actions with superior authority.

Many relationships have been destroyed, lives have been lost and nations have been torn apart, all because of negative emotional reactions.

Acting too quickly on the wrong kind of emotions can result in decisions we will forever regret.

In this presentation, Fred discusses how we can we can avoid operating on the wrong types of feelings and control our emotions under difficult circumstances.

Fred Gatty is a thought-leader in human potential with a passion for helping people sculpt life strategies that expand their imagination of what is possible. He focuses on the fundamentals of human behavior that affect personal and business performance, challenging mindsets, and paradigms that hold them back.
