Spiders Support Recovery is offering a Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Meditation session open to anyone in the UR community. Through strengthening, breath work, stretching, focus, and mental meditation, we improve our mind and body and develop a stronger connection between the two. In a Recovery-minded meditation, we leave behind competition, expectations, and judgments and become present by connecting with our breath. Class is open to all levels, including those who may be new to yoga and/or recovery. The instructor will give options and modifications for participants to make it their own. Classes will meet on the Westhampton Green.  Masks are encouraged.

Please bring your own mat, or email sarah.wood@richmond.edu to request one be provided for you. Sessions are limited to 20 participants.
