All SPCS degree-seeking students are invited to join Jamelle S. Wilson, dean of the School of Professional and Continuing Studies, at the SPCS Dean’s Town Hall.

  • Registration: Registration is required; use the “Register” link

We’ll be discussing these topics:

  • Requirements for students attending on-campus class meetings
  • Options for studying remotely
  • Preparing for success in online and remote classes

Additionally, Dean Wilson will take questions from students.

Immediately following the Dean’s Town Hall, students in the following programs are invited to remain on the Zoom call to join brief “Meet & Greet” breakout rooms with program chairs and fellow students.

  • Paralegal Studies majors and certificate students with Ann Hodges, program chair, and Tammy Alexander, academic advisor
  • Liberal Arts majors and MLA students with Dan Roberts and Erik Nielson, program chairs
  • Human Resource Managment majors and graduate HRM students with Tracy Nicholson, program chair
  • Nonprofit Studies graduate students with Andrew Schoeneman, program chair
  • Information Systems majors and certificate students, including Info Security and IT Management students, with Lionel Mew, program chair

The Graduate Education program will hold a separate orientation session via Zoom starting at 6pm. Graduate Education students will receive individual invitations to join this session.
