Joey Faucette headshotJoin Dr. Joey Faucette, bestselling author of Work Positive in a Negative World and architect of the Work Positive Framework, for an information webinar about the University of Richmond Work Positive program.

Dr. Joey, as he’s affectionately known, will discuss the importance of positive work culture on productivity and employee satisfaction, especially in work-from-home environments where workplace communications are entirely virtual. The UR Work Positive program includes the International Coaching Federation (ICF)-approved coaching certification, Get Positive Coach Training, for business leaders seeking to nurture and support a positive work culture.

Dr. Joey will also invite one of the program’s experienced coaches to share background and experiences about implementing the Work Positive framework in the workplace and in manager training.

This information session will provide an overview of the program followed by an interactive Q&A session.

The UR Work Positive program consists of three programming tiers:

  • 7 Keys to Work Positive, entry-level self-paced online course
  • Work Positive Manager Coach Training, management-level online course
  • Get Positive Coach Training, executive-level online course with synchronous coaching sessions

This information webinar is free and open to the public. Registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent to registrants via confirmation and reminder email messages.
