With Ed Cook and Roxanne Brown, The Change Decision

Team Effectiveness is the elusive state that leaders continually strive to achieve.  In this series, we build from the basics of management to achieve the ultimate in Team Effectiveness: Joy at Work.  We’ll start with how to have Effective Conversations at work and then building on that foundation to be an Effective Manager who drives work, guides development, and evaluates performance.  We’ll then step to leadership and examine Leader as Coach and Leader as Change Agent.  We’ll complete with a guide to Create Meaning at Work.

Tuesday, June 1 – Effective Conversations: Creating better relationships through effective conversations

Tuesday, June 15 – Effective Manager: Coordinating employee development, work allocation, and performance management

Tuesday, June 29 – Leader as Coach: Guiding your employees in their professional growth

Tuesday, July 13 – Leader as Change Agent: Moving your time to achieve the organizational vision

Tuesday, July 29 – Creating Meaning at Work: Showing your employees how to find meaning and even Joy at Work
