The CARE (Center for Awareness, Response & Education), PSMA’s, and University Recreation are partnering to offer Yoga for Resilience, led by Morgan Howell, RYT-500. This class promotes a sense of balance and well-being through slow, mindful movement, breathing practices, and meditation. Yoga for Resilience is trauma-informed, accessible, adaptable, and open to all levels. It will be offered Feb. 18 and 25 at 5pm. Register at
