Information Webinar - Undergraduate Programs

If you’ve been thinking about completing an undergraduate degree in HR Management, Information Systems & Security, IT Management, Liberal Arts, Paralegal Studies — or in our brand new major, Data Analytics — join us online for a live Information Webinar via Zoom. We’ll offer focused sessions for each degree program.

The decision to start a degree or return to school as a “nontraditional” adult learner is daunting. We want to provide as much information as possible to help you decide if the University of Richmond is the right fit for you.

At the School of Professional & Continuing Studies, our focus is meeting the learning needs of Richmond’s nontraditional students — people like you seeking a high-quality degree from the University of Richmond.

Our online Information Webinar for adult students and working professionals will answer questions about degree program costs, careers, programs of study, transfer credits, financial aid and student resources.

Meet our staff, program coordinators and student advisors during the opening session, then spend time in face-to-face sessions with our faculty program chairs.

What’s Next?

After your register, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes the Zoom link to the online Information Webinar. Retain that confirmation email for your records. We’ll send a reminder the day before the session as well.

Here are some recommendations for getting the most out of your session:

• Attend the Information Webinar using a device with a screen, microphone and camera.
• During the first portion of the session, you’ll attend in webinar mode (muted with camera off).
• Later in the session, you’ll enter breakout rooms with program chairs where you’ll interact with faculty, staff and other attendees using your microphone and camera.
• You can access the session using phone only, but the experience will not be optimal. We’ll be presenting information on screen throughout the sessions.

Following the Information Webinar, we’ll send you digital materials including the presentation slide deck, an overview booklet and a factsheet about the program.
