Join the Parsons Music Library in welcoming the local string quartet Rosette, who will play a concert of music by composer Kenji Bunch. Bunch is known for combining traditional American musical forms and European-based classical music. Bunch’s work for chamber ensemble, orchestra and ballet often incorporates elements of hip hop, jazz, bluegrass and funk.

The evening will open in Parsons Music Library with refreshments at 6 p.m. followed by the performance starting at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, but space is limited and registration is encouraged to secure your seat. Each attendee should register individually.

This event is sponsored by Friends of Boatwright Memorial Library with logistical support from the School of Professional & Continuing Studies.
