An inclusive work environment is loosely defined as a workplace where people with all kinds of differences and abilities feel welcome and valued for their contributions.

In this workshop, you learn the most effective ways to create an inclusive work environment through the use of language and our space. We will discuss your individual impact and how to affect change across campus.

This workshop is for all employees interested increasing their knowledge of ways to be inclusive and want further the University's mission to make "Inclusivity observable in the extent to which (a) community members feel a sense of belonging and (b) the community is equitable in its provision and distribution of opportunities among its members."
