Join UR Well for self-care activities in and around the Well-Being Center every day from 11am-1pm the week of October 10-14. Interactive activities and self-care items will be available.
This October 10th event focuses on Mindfulness and Self Care. Join us at the Well-Being Center Patio where we plan to chalk murals outside and focus on creating an environment filled with positive affirmation. This event is a passport opportunity for WELL100.
