Join UR Well for self-care activities in and around the Well-Being Center every day from 11am-1pm the week of October 10-14. Interactive activities and self-care items will be available. 

This October 11th event focuses on the importantce of sleep. Join us at the Well-being Center Patio where we plan to host an event focused on the importance of healthy sleep habits. This event is a passport opportunity for WELL100.
