In this public lecture, the founders of HLF will discuss their vistion and practices to help children and communities thrive.

The lecture will include a discussion period that invites questions and will be followed by a book signing for Let Your Light Shine: How Mindfulness Can Empower Children and Build Communities (Penguin Random House, 2022) which will be available for purchase following the lecture.
