Perspectives: Urban Renewal

In conjunction with the March 30 screening of their 2022 documentary Raised/Razed, filmmakers Lorenzo Dickerson and Jordy Yager will discuss the federal urban renewal program that devastated historically Black neighborhoods in the twentieth-century United States.

The Bonner Center for Civic Engagement invites the campus and Richmond communities to join the conversation in Tyler Haynes Commons Room 305 on Friday, March 31 from 12:30–1:30 p.m. All are welcome and pizza will be served.
