Smithfield: Spider Talk at The Smithfield Inn

The University of Richmond Alumni Association invites you and a guest to join them for lunch and a Spider Talk. We'll be joined by Ian Beckstead, R'81, P'08, from University of Richmond, and Peggy Watson from the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. Enjoy a delicious Southern meal while Ian delivers a quick update about campus activities and Peggy gives a quick overview of Osher's membership. Then, spend some time catching up with fellow Spider alumni!

Chicken Pot Pie - Hearty filling of chicken and vegetables under a crispy puff pastry, served with a house salad with honey lavender dressing.
Crab Cake Sandwich - The Smithfield Inn's house-made crab cake on a brioche bun with remoulade sauce, lettuce, and tomato, served with sweet potato fries.
Open Face Smoked Turkey Sandwich - Smoked turkey on top of toasted cornbread with turkey gravy, served with steak fries.
Shrimp and Grits - Sauteed shrimp in a creamy creole cheese sauce, served over a fried grit cake.
