City Excursion: Richmond City Council

Join the CCE and URGOV on Monday, September 23 for an excursion to the Richmond City Council meeting. On this excursion you will get a peak into local Richmond City policy, politics, and how citizens can use their voice. 

A CCE shuttle will depart campus at 5 p.m. and take participants to Richmond City Hall. Ahead of the City Council meeting, we will provide a boxed meal dinner and educational context to prepare you for the meeting. After dinner we will head to the City Council meeting. The shuttle will return participants to campus by 8 p.m.
