Writers Series: Danie Shokoohi

The Writers Series exposes Richmond students, the greater university community, and city residents to some of today’s most celebrated writers. Readings are free and open to the public, though seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Danie Shokoohi is a Paris-based writer and 2020 graduate of the UW-Madison MFA. Her work has been published in The Puritan, the American Journal of Poetry, New Ohio Review, Lake Effect, the Mississippi Review, the Cincinnati Review, and others. Glass Girls is her debut novel.
