Application Deadline Virtual Spider Road Trip - Consulting

UR students interested in learning more about the consulting industry in all majors and class years:

April 16 is the deadline to apply to participate in Career Services virtual Spiders in Consulting Road Trip May 12-14, 2026.

Students will interact with UR alumni and recruiting partners in a variety of cities.  Last year's organizations included Bain, FTI, Huron, Kearney,  McKinsey & Company, Oliver Wyman, and Pointe Advisory.  

Our goals for students who participate include the opportunity to :

  • Interact with employers and alumni working in consulting
  • Learn, in general, about consulting opportunities
  • Learn from employers and alumni what skills and personality traits are desired for a job or internship
  • Be able to make educated decisions about pursuing a career in consulting; and develop at least one networking relationship with at least one alum or organization.

Our trip spans three days 

  1. Tuesday, May 12, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm  EST
  2. Wednesday, May 13, 8:30 am – 1:30 pm EST
  3. Thursday, May 14, 8:30 am - 1:15 pm EST

ALL MAJORS and ALL CLASS years are eligible to apply!
