Navigating a Multigenerational Workplace

All faculty and staff are welcome.

Workforce experts project, by 2025, the U.S. labor force will mostly be comprised of Millennials (40%) and Generation Z (20%). In this workshop, we discuss the benefits, challenges, and debunk some myths by our rapidly changing workforce. You will leave this workshop having learned best practices to navigate new expectations, address feelings of uncertainty, and better communicate with your colleagues. Open to all staff and faculty.
