Cuban Spectacular, From the Canaries to Cuba and Back: Rhythms of the Atlantic

Bring your dancing shoes to this year's Cuban Spectacular—celebrating the musical past and present of both Cuba and the Canary Islands! Performers include the UR Jazz Ensemble, guest artists from the Canaries, and pianist, ethnomusicologist, and UR alumnus Mark Lomanno, '02.

The Department of Music produces over 25 concerts annually featuring a broad range of styles and genres. Enjoy student recitals, faculty ensemble performances, and concerts created in collaboration with visiting artists. All concerts are free with tickets and seating is general admission.
