Sara Bouchard's En Masse is a new composition for choir and drums created in partnership with ecologist Chris Gough. Framed by the carbon cycle, En Masse navigates the threads of interconnection among individuals, communities and ecosystems and promotes a culture of care amidst the climate crisis. With Scott Clark on drums and members of the Richmond Symphony Chorus.

The Department of Music produces over 25 concerts annually featuring a broad range of styles and genres. Enjoy student recitals, faculty ensemble performances, and concerts created in collaboration with visiting artists. All concerts are free with tickets and seating is general admission.
