The Robins School of Business invites you to join us for the next installment of C-Suite Conversations, our signature speaker series that brings together influential business leaders, alumni, students, and the greater Richmond community for meaningful conversations about leadership, innovation, and the issues shaping today's business landscape.

We are excited to kick off the 16th season of the series with Katherine O'Donnell, president and CEO of Richmond Region Tourism. Working with industry partners, Katherine (UR class of 1999) has helped elevate the Richmond region's national profile, leading efforts that attract major sporting events, conventions, festivals, and leisure travelers while generating hundreds of millions of dollars in economic impact.

Our conversation will explore what it takes to lead a mission-driven organization with multiple stakeholders, build a compelling regional brand, navigate public-private partnerships, and create experiences that strengthen both the local economy and the community's identity. We'll also discuss Katherine's leadership journey, the decisions that shaped her career, and the lessons she has learned along the way.
