Generative AI is changing what employers expect from new hires. In this panel, three professionals will share how AI is transforming their fields and their experiences supervising and evaluating employees whose day-to-day work increasingly incorporates AI. They will discuss the AI skills that can make employees more effective as well as the foundational skills employers still expect workers to bring to the job. The conversation will help students think strategically about when and how to use AI in college.
