The Osher Institute welcomes Dr. Robert F. Graboyes, senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, to the University of Richmond for a free lecture and discussion on the topic of health care innovation.

As a researcher, Graboyes specializes in the economics of healthcare. In articles, videos and books, he has demonstrated that America’s stagnant health care debate focuses on insurance, not on quality of care or health itself.

In response, Graboyes argues we should ask how health care can be as innovative in the next 25 years as information technology was in the last 25. Join the School of Professional and Continuing Studies and the Osher Institute to hear his insights on this important issue.

This event is free and open to the public; online registration is required.
