Gaither Junior Fellows Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is designed to provide work experience for students with serious career interests in international affairs research. Gaither Fellows will be hired to work as research assistants at the Carnegie Endowment in Washington, DC, on a full-time basis for one year.
